The location of the property was quiet, to nice gardens. There was Istros, max 10 mins walk to, enjoyed their meals.

The room was adequate and stylish with large comfy bed, a fridge, as for instance, I enjoyed it. The breakfast was satisfactory, the drinks were local.

The hotel was exceptional with efficient staff and a magnificent location in gaia garden. The king room was cosy and adequate, with a safe, a sofa bed, and coffee/tea makers. A bath in the clean bathroom was super awesome.

Location: the hotel was near to a beautiful Greek island, the shop for water, and many areas. Dined at Angelina's House, it was within a close distance from the venue. Greatly enjoyed the king room by a beautiful garden, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

As young families, we loved the spacious rooms and daily cleaning at this excellent hotel. The food was fantastic, with a great mix of Greek and international dishes. Don't miss the pizza night, it's fabulous! The staff were attentive, passionate, and made us feel special. The pool towels were provided for a small fee, and our little one enjoyed the playground. Highly recommended for couples and solo travelers.

Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel near the beach. The food was great, with a variety of fresh fruits and dishes to choose from. Despite the cold weather, the hotel staff warmly greeted me upon arrival. The location was also an advantage- close to the beach and shops.
The hotel is said to offer an all-inclusive drinks package, but the variety was limited. , the towels left on sunbeds by other guests were not monitored by staff, making it difficult to find available sunbeds.

This place is absolutely brilliant! The facilities are fantastic and being great fans of Greek food the buffet made us very happy customers. It is not far away at all from the main restaurants of Kos Town about 15min walk where there is plenty to choose from, or if you are not keen on walking to far the first Taverna is 250m down the road though we did not eat here, with others scattered near the closest supermarket which is a further 250m away. But by our view, for what we were looking for, relaxation, great food, great location and lovely people with a basic room it was fantastic, that all includes the very expectable price! “Top Tip: Cycle, bus or quad bike to Tigaki, this is the best beach and is great for kids being shallow and many places to eat.

Wow - it was so good that I was impressed with - well everything! We arrived early on the boat - and they let us check in and have breakfast too, thanks. They were super friendly and efficient. Facilities are clean and actually work - i.e excellent Gym, Tennis court, pool etc.....And the food and bar were great - pity we only booked in for a night, but we will be back and I would like to say thanks to you guys - its refreshing to find such a well run operation that cares about their reputation and service ( not like the place I am staying at now.....)

Cannot find any fault.

A picturesque view outside the hotel room - a neatly maintained garden, with a splendid green grass, palm trees and different kinds of rare (in that area) flora and various different small buildings (one to two storey houses; kind of bungalows) form a cosy atmosphere. This is clearly visible in the hotel presented photos as they aren't a trick. In addition to a cool water pool, a tranquil climate and a small terrace on the ground floor, that was really an escape from a busy city life for our 16 months-old-daughter as much as for her parents. A very delicious and different kinds of an international and home kitchen food didn't let us starve - thanks to a kitchen staff. Entertaining bar at the pool area provide with all incl. Beverages (not many, but enough) and snaks as well as with a pleasant service. Small distances - ten minutes on foot to the seaside and twenty to the active Kos city center. All in all - it has exceeded our expectations in regards to a 3 star rated hotel, and eventhough we do not use to stick to one location during the holiday, but this one is worth to return back.
Eventhough the reception is so nice with verbaly presenting the hotel view and conditions, I would suggest to prepare a written handout with all the genearal info such as restaurant and bar operation timings and other amenities available; basic plan of the hotel and the surroundings area; extention and any other important tel. Numbers to use (as each room is equiped with a phone) etc. to spread out in each room - that could easily serve as a promotional as much as a worth to know stuff. The info wall at the reception had some promos/offers, unfortunatelly, some english transcriptions were left aside. A slight remark: each room had a tv set, eventhough a tv was strictly left aside during the holiday, still was a temptation for a European Basketball Championship broadcasting, but there was nothing more than 700 channels of sh... To choose from.

Prior to going to this hotel we had slight reservations as it was only a 3* hotel when we usually go at least 4*, but these concerns were all in vain as this was a beautiful family run establishment yes our room was quite basic but it was cleaned every day with clean bedding and fresh towels. The food at all times was excellent and with a wide choice, plenty of loungers and staff were always very polite and courteous. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a lovely hotel i would definitely recommend it, as far as we were concerned this should have been a 4* hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent; I couldn't believe what a great deal I got. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. The staff really went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. And finally, the location in the stunning gardens was simply breathtaking. I loved waking up in the morning and being surrounded by such beauty.
Not a single thing could be faulted at this hotel.
